Refund policy
YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (according to § 11 FAGG - Austrian Consumer Rights Act).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
Once we receive your withdrawal:
We will refund all payments, including original shipping costs (except extra costs from express shipping), within 14 days
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used

Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

EXCLUSIONS FROM WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:
Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if unsealed (e.g., opened supplement containers)
Products mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
Products made to your specifications
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos of the damage
We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund
